Test Results Patients are notified in the case of any significant abnormality in test results. However, if you wish to contact the surgery regarding a test result we would ask you to do so after 2pm when all the morning’s post has been opened.
Cancelling your Appointment If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone to cancel your appointment.
We offer same-day urgent care for those urgent symptoms/ conditions that cannot wait for a routine appointment.Urgent care is open from 8am until 10.30am and 2pm until 4:30pm every day.
If you are in need of same-day urgent care please call the practice. A member of our reception team will ask for brief details of the problem and your contact details. You will be given a call-back from one of our duty team (GP, Nurse Practitioner, Practice Nurse) who may provide advice, a prescription or an appointment.
If an appointment is required it may be with our extended hours provider (ESPN) at a hub site. See the extended hours tab for more information.
Please note that we do not operate a walk in service at any of our sites.
At times of exceptionally high demand, urgent care may close early for the purpose of patient safety. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Routine appointments are released throughout the day after our morning urgent care service has finished at 10:30am. Routine appointments can be booked for up to 14 days ahead. We give priority to urgent care calls between 08:00 - 10:30 and 14:00 - 15:30, and request that you call outside of these times to book a routine appointment. To help book your appointment, we request that you share a brief description of your problem with the reception team.
Please do ask our team about Hub appointments and Extended hours appointments.
Please remember to cancel your appointment if no longer needed.
eConsults also offer self-help and signposting to free NHS services such as physiotherapy, counselling, and other clinics.
All eConsults will be answered by the end of the next working day.
Please note: we cannot accept repeat medication requests through this service. All repeat sick note requests must be requested via this service.
We are pleased to announce that we are now able to offer additional routine appointments with a GP or Practice Nurse in the evenings, at weekends and on Bank Holidays at Eastleigh Southern Parishes (ESP) Hub.

Currently the appointments are between 6.30pm and 8.30pm Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm on Saturdays and between 9am and 1pm on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
