Merger with Living Well Partnership

Further to our announcement in March of our intention to merge with the Living Well Partnership, we are pleased to let you know that good progress is being made.

Subject to successful completion of the consultation process, due diligence and receiving the appropriate approvals, the merger is now scheduled to be effective from 1st October 2017.  We thank you again for your continued support and patience as we work through this change.


Patient Satisfaction Survey
